The Role

The Digital Account Manager position offers flexible working hours, private healthcare, a generous pension scheme, and exciting work with a team of talented, friendly creatives. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager and depart heads, the Digital Account Manager is responsible for the oversight of a select group of client accounts, with a focus on communication, coordination, and performance. Our Digital Account Managers acts as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency. Ensuring specialist resources are allocated based on the agreed strategy and budgetary confinements. The position is to work in tandem with each internal team, providing support and effective communication, while maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

Crescat Digital is looking for an experienced digital account manager to help continue delivering exceptional service to our clients as a confident and practical liaison.

The applicant will have experience working with both large companies and SMEs alike, and understand agency procedures and frameworks to deliver client work.

The role is client facing and will require you to be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients. This involves regular calls, video calls, emails, and slack communications with the clients, to keep them up to date on projects and campaigns. Digital specialists will work with you to create client deliverables and execute tasks aligned to the digital strategy. You will help clients to navigate our scheduling and feedback software, produce video updates each month to go through strategy progress, and keep track of retained / billable hours.

Skills

You should be adept and confident with:

  • Excel and Google sheets formulas and shortcuts
  • Familar with Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Creating / understanding digital strategies and presenting them to clients
  • Knowledge of SEO deliverables such as technical audits, keyword research and on-page analysis

You preferably have a basic understanding of:

  • HTML
  • Popular CMS frameworks like WordPress, Magento and Shopify
  • Digital marketing tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Answer The Public
  • Google Ad account structures

Currently our team works semi-remotely. However, there will be an occasional requirement to attend at our Crawley office for internal office days and client meetings. For this reason, applicants must live within a reasonable travelling distance.
