MULTI SERVICE PROJECT

All Seeing Surveillance are a growing private investigator agency in London. They were founded in 2014, and have since grown to be one of the most reliable services in the South East of England for private investigations.

THE CLIENT BRIEF

All Seeing Surveillance was referred to us in 2017, as an ambitious company that knew they could be doing more business online.

The initial challenge was conveying the sheer volume of services they provided properly to search engines. Their existing website mixed all of these services on one page, so we needed a much larger, built-out website.

Once we had the website up and running, we had a platform to structure their Google Ad account properly, as it was using a wasteful scattergun approach that was costing a lot of money for little return.

The next challenge was organic search. London is a competitive search market for anything, and private investigators was no exception. We needed a robust organic growth strategy to fit the needs and budget of the business.

THE STRATEGY

Research Phase

We needed to know how this business needed to be structured online for success, where the demand was in search engines, and how we could cater for that in the best way possible. It was agreed we needed a new website with a strategy built around it.

Website Phase

The first step was to build a website that could provide the platform to reach the goals of the business. We set out a proposed design, an overhauled information architecture, as well as copy and imagery for the build. After a 6 month effort, we were ready to go.

Implementation Phase

Now it was time to turn our attention to marketing the site. We needed quick revenue, so we built the Google Ad account structure first. We also installed proper tracking so we could understand the cost per lead and return on investment. At the same time, we began implementing our on-page SEO work to start the process of indexing and ranking all of the new pages that were now present on the new website.
